Tickle Monster is a solo game development company run by Paul Montgomery. Its debut title will be Mr Football, a hybrid of several genres: mainly sports management crossed with hero collector RPGs, with strong influence from board games. You are the coach of an Australian rules footy team but you recruit players by opening packs of cards, representing players which you can train up to gain levels.
